Abstract

 

 

 

The level of job satisfaction of employees is an important factor to determining sustainable development of the enterprises and this is the commitment of employees with enterprises. In order to increase competitiveness of enterprises in the Bau Xeo industrial park, Dong Nai province, increasing job satisfaction of employees is a necessary, this research has been implemented to identify satisfaction of employees' work. The empirical data were collected through 256 persons who are working in the Bau Xeo industrial park by questionnaire surveys. The results show that there are four factors affecting the level of job satisfaction of employees in the Bau Xeo industrial park, Dong Nai province including: working environment, income, promotion opportunities, leadership style. From that, the research reveals some suggestions for local leaders and business leaders to improve job satisfaction level of employees working and contribute to increased labor productivity such as encourage employees through working space, bonuses, welfare and leader of company.
