Nghiên cứu này đánh giá ảnh hưởng nhận thức chất lượng của giáo viên (GV) đến các giá trị văn hóa chất lượng tại các trường trung học cơ sở công lập ở Đông Nam Bộ, bao gồm Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), Bình Dương và Tây Ninh. Khảo sát trên 3831 GV cho thấy, nhận thức về môi trường làm việc, năng lực và hành vi cá nhân ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến các giá trị trách nhiệm và niềm tin. Tại TPHCM, ảnh hưởng đạt 57,1% đối với trách nhiệm và niềm tin; Bình Dương là 45,5% và 43,3%; Tây Ninh là 50,2% và 57,3%. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy TPHCM cần phát huy lợi thế về cơ sở vật chất, tiếp tục đầu tư vào kiểm định chất lượng nội bộ và phát triển chuyên môn. Ở Bình Dương, đảm bảo thu nhập và hỗ trợ giảng dạy là yếu tố then chốt để củng cố hệ giá trị văn hóa chất lượng. Tây Ninh tập trung cải thiện điều kiện làm việc và hỗ trợ tài chính để nâng cao niềm tin của GV.
