Bài viết phân tích mối quan hệ giữa quyền sở hữu trí tuệ và quyền văn hóa của cộng đồng bản địa Việt Nam trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Sự phát triển của công nghệ số vừa mở ra cơ hội bảo tồn, phổ biến di sản văn hóa, vừa đặt ra thách thức về xâm phạm, chiếm dụng tri thức bản địa. Nghiên cứu đề xuất khung pháp lí và chính sách nhằm bảo vệ, quản trị công bằng tài sản văn hóa bản địa, bảo đảm cân bằng giữa tiếp cận tri thức, quyền lợi cộng đồng và phát triển bền vững.
