Online Journal System of Ho Chi Minh University of Education

As part of a plan to improve the quality of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Journal in line with international standards, an Online Journal System has been developed at http://journal.hcmue. edu.vn/. All publication processes from receiving manuscripts, reviewing, and publishing will be managed online for both English and Vietnamese languages.
