As an open-access journal, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Journal of Science (ISSN: 2734-9918) does not charge any access fees for readers.

The publication fee is collected to support essential editorial activities, including peer review, academic editing, language revision, technical formatting, and online publication, ensuring the quality and standard of each published article.

• Publication fee for authors outside the University: 800,000 VND per article.

• The Journal Secretariat will send a payment link to authors after the manuscript has passed the initial screening stage.

• The Journal does not refund the publication fee in the following cases:

+ The manuscript is rejected after the peer-review process.

+ The author withdraws the manuscript during review or editing.

+ The manuscript violates research ethics or the Journal’s policies.

+ The author fails to revise or respond to reviewers’ comments.
