Students’ viewpoints on marriage in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
The article is about viewpoints of students in Ho Chi Minh City on marriage. The findings show that besides the material and personal life, students want to live a family life mentally most; the requirements of the characteristics from the prospective spouse are ranked in order of reliability, family care, society, and intellect; and students have their parents consult about prospective spouse before marriage though they are free to choose one.
