USING TRANSANA SOFTWARE TO PROCESS VIDEO DATA TO EVALUATE COOPERATIVE LEARNING

Abstract
This paper introduces a method of assessment using classroom observation. Data were collected through video recordings’ of students learning in cooperative sessions working on the topic "Energy" of General Physics Curriculum. Data were then analysed using Transana software. The article presents the method of data collection, the techniques of video processing and ways to analyze the data for assessment.
