DESIGNING RUBRICS FOR ASSESSING THE COMPETENCY OF APPLYING CHEMISTRY KNOWLEDGE INTO PRACTICE OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract
Based on the research results of the concepts, comeptency framework, levels of assessment used for the competency of applying chemistry knowledge into practice of high school students, the article suggests a competency framework which consists of 10 criteria. Each criterion has four levels of achievement. The overall level of assessment also has four levels: A (good), B (fairly good), C (average), and D (bad).
