A MODEL OF STEM ACTIVITIES EMPHASIZING MATHEMATICS – THE CASE OF TRIGONOMETRIC FUNCTIONS’ PERIOD
Main Article Content
Abstract
Although STEM education is spreading at a rapid speed in Vietnam, most of STEM activities utilize Math knowledge at a fundamental level of calculation and teaching Math knowledge is not the main objective of those. This paper presents a STEM education model with a particular focus on Mathematics and experimental results of a STEM activity about period of trigonometric functions which is constructed using this model.
