Abstract


 

 

 

Training high-quality tourism human resources in Ho Chi Minh City is an important task to meet the requirements of developing tourism as a key economic sector in line with the City's Resolution. In recent years, the City has continuously promoted human resource training to meet the requirements. However, during the implementation, there are still many limitations and shortcomings that need to be improved and adjusted. The article analyzes the current situation, the shortcomings and reasons of these shortcomings to offer solutions and recommendations to improve the training to meets the objective of developing Ho Chi Minh City tourism as a key economic sector in the integration process.
