Abstract

To promote Blended e-Learning, the BKel website allows lecturers to create a learning environment in which regular interactions between lecturers and their students are maintained through media such as interactive videos and quizzes. In this study, interactive videos were used as crucial learning materials. Students were asked to watch these videos before each class section. The quizzes were created for each video as well for student self-check. For the purpose of assuring the quality of the videos, data collected from a survey show that the majority of learners agreed that, “The content of the videos is easily comprehensible and concise”, and “The illustrations in the videos are clear”. The participants also reported that their spatial thinking was significantly improved through exercises solving in quizzes. The final scores of students who used this support tool are higher than those of the ones who did not.
