THE COOPERATIVE AND DIRECTIVE ROLE OF THE CENTRAL OFFICE FOR SOUTH VIETNAM IN THE HO CHI MINH CAMPAIGN IN 1975

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to clarify the soundness and creativity in the cooperation process to direct the Ho Chi Minh campaign of the Central Office for South Vietnam. The paper presents detailed and systematic process of directing and cooperating before, during, and after the Ho Chi Minh campaign as well as demonstrates that the Central Office for South Vietnam was active, initiative in directing and cooperating with the various forces to achieve the victory on 30 April 1975. The Office then quickly controlled the situation to transfer the revolution to the new period. From the results of this study, it is stated that the pioneering spirit and active preparation in directing and cooperating of the Central Office for South Vietnam are still needed in building and protecting the Socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.
