FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ACTIVITIES OF STUDENT CLUBS AT HANOI PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY 2

            The article presents a study on the factors that affect the effectiveness of activities of student clubs at Hanoi Teacher Education University 2. The research used multilinear regression after testing the reliability of the scale used (Cronbach’s Alpha) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The data were collected from 1,547 students participating in clubs. The results show that there are three factors affecting the effectiveness of activities of student clubs, including: administration, policy, and social impact; finance; and students’ awareness. In particular, administration, policy, and social impact affects the effectiveness the most (90.16%) followed by students’ awareness (7.65%), and the financial factor affects the least (2.19%).
