TRAINING OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS FOR PUPLIC PRESCHOOL TEACHERS IN PHU NHUAN DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This study used document analysis, questionnaire, and math statistics to investigate reasons for the breach of preschool teachers’ professional ethics; awareness of importance, role of preschool teachers’ professional ethics. The study reports a real situation about the implementation of the content, method, and form of professional ethics training for preschool teachers in Phu Nhuan District. There are 44 managers and 180 preschool teachers from 15 public kindergartens in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City joined the study. The result of the study shows that these participants were clearly aware of the importance of preschool teacher’s professional ethics; but the content, method, and form of professional ethics training for preschool teacher still have certain limitations.
