TEACHING “SOUND” IN 7TH GRADE PHYSICS WITH FLIPPED CLASSROOM TO DEVELOP NATURAL SCIENCE COMPETENCE FOR STUDENTS

Abstract

 

 

The article presents how to teach “Sound” in 7th-grade physics using flipped classroom to develop natural science competence for students. These activities also help students form and develop some general competence: self-study competence, communication and collaboration competence, problem-solving, and creative competence. Based on the analysis of the knowledge in Sound in 7th-grade physics, we proposed some topics for teaching the knowledge using flipped classroom model and illustrated in detail one topic. During the pedagogical process, we realized specific signs that students can develop some science competences.
