Abstract

The article discusses solutions to assure the training quality at colleges in the Central Highlands, including solutions to raise the awareness of managers, lecturers and staff about assuring the training quality at colleges in the Central Highlands; solutions to strengthen the planning of training quality assurance; solutions to promote the organization and direction of activities to ensure the training quality at colleges; solutions to strengthen the management and evaluation of training quality assurance at colleges; solutions focusing on improving the assurance of training quality at colleges. The research results show that these solutions are both necessary and feasible at colleges in the Central Highlands. Of these solutions, three are highly recommended, inlcuding “selecting, planning, deploying human recourses carefully to meet the management purposes of quality assurance,” “clearly describing functions and responsibilities of related units” and “allocating adequate resources for quality assurance activities” at these colleges in the Central Highlands.
