TOURISTS SATISFACTION WITH RIVER TOURISM IN HAN RIVER, DA NANG CITY

Abstract
This study aims to assess how tourists were satisfied with river tourism in Han River, Da Nang city. The study surveyed 432 tourists. Using regression analysis, the results show that five factors affecting tourists’ satisfaction are tangible facilities, reliability, responsiveness, safety, and attractiveness. They positively influenced visitor satisfaction. Among them, the most key factors are attractiveness, responsiveness, and safety. This study helps policymakers and businesses understand the factors affecting tourist satisfaction with river tourism in the Han River followed by perhaps developing suitabke strategies to effectively exploit the river tourism in Da Nang city.
