Abstract

This study analyzes secondary and primary data (field survey and questionnaire), in order to evaluate the factors affecting the development of ecotourism in An Binh Islet, Vinh Long province, consisting of nine factors: tourism resources, infrastructure, technical facilities for tourism, human resources, food and beverage services, service prices, security and order - safety, tourism promotion and interpretive education about the environment. Through the evaluation results with collected data, the study proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of eco-tourism in An Binh Islet, Vinh Long Province. Research results will bring benefits to the government and local communities, tourism managers and entrepreneurs, and ecotourism service providers, in the process of organizing, managing, and developing ecotourism in An Binh Islet.
