MENTAL HEALTH CARE IN THE CONTEXT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN HO CHI MINH CITY – FORECAST ORIENTATION AND STRATEGIC RECOMMENDATION

Abstract
The article discusses the forecast orientation and recommendations to establish a mental health care strategy for adults, children and disadvantaged groups in Ho Chi Minh City in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. By reviewing related research papers on traumas and other mental health problems that Vietnamese may face during the current context and possible future development of the pandemic , this paper forecasts people's mental health problems in line with the progress of the pandemic. Based on the forecast, it is proposed to study the establishment of a Center for Better Mind (CBM) after the pandemic to take care people's mental health.
