PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH'S DIPLOMATIC ACTIVITIES WITH UK, USSR, USA AND FRANCE IN THE WAR AGAINST THE FRANCE (1945-1954)

Abstract
After the declaration of independence (September 2, 1945), along with the gathering of all people's strength to fight against the French invasion, the establishment and expansion of international relations with the Allies against fascism (the Soviet Union, the UK, France, the USA, and France) to enlist support, help, and find a peaceful solution for the Vietnamese people is very important. Using historical approach and, documentation, the article presents the basic diplomatic activities of President Ho Chi Minh with some large countries in the years 1945 to 1954 to clarify the smart and flexible foreign policy as well as correct and creative leadership of the head of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in foreign affairs with representatives of the Soviet Union, the UK, France, and the USA after World War II (1945).
