THE MENTAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AFTER COVID-19: A SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION APPROACH
Main Article Content
Abstract
In Vietnam, mental health care programs for people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic have been implemented, bringing many positive effects in the past time. Continuing these achievements, as well as specialized orientation and development in the field of mental care for students at universities, in this paper, we propose solutions for counseling and offering mental health care from the perspective of school administration for students after the COVID-19 pandemic with three groups of solutions: (1) Raising students' awareness about the importance of counseling and mental health care, (2) Using human resources to develop the students’ counseling and mental health care, and (3) Organizing activities to develop the students’ counseling and mental health care. These solutions are strategic actions for human development and recovery plans, which show a humanistic point of view.
