EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS IN DISTRICT 7, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This article reports the current situations of experiential learning for elementary students at schools in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The article also focuses on analyzing the components of experiential learning, including the objective, content, methods and experiential learning. A survey was conducted at 10 primary schools in the area with 33 administrators and 119 teachers to analyze the strengths and limitations of experience activities for elementary students. This research results help teachers look back on the teaching process of experiential activities in the past two school years. The results also help administrators evaluate the implementation of experiential activities for students at elementary schools in the district. Based on the findings, the paper also suggests management measures to improve teaching quality to meet the requirements of the 2018 General Education Curriculum.
