IDENTIFYING THE MOTIVING FACTORS FOR DEVELOPING HIGH QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCE OF TOURISM IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
The article presents the research results on identifying motivational factors affecting the process of developing high-quality human resources based on SWOT (Strengths; Weaknesses; Opportunities; Threats) analysis. Recently, Ho Chi Minh City has had many resolutions on policies to develop high-quality tourism human resources to meet the demands of all tourism-related activities in the city. Yet, the outcomes of these efforts are limited. One of the primary reasons is the lack of evaluating and identifying comprehensive motivation factors for the development of high-quality human resources of the city. On that basis, solutions are proposed to promote advantages and overcome limitations related to motivational factors, suitable for the city to meet the needs of human resources tourism.
