Abstract

The article focuses on identifying Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh’s political literacy works as regards the genres and discourses of political literature, criticism, and administration with non-fiction functions during the mid-20th century and the process of modernization in the 21^st century. Under the influences of national, traditional culture, literature and the French, Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh laid the foundation of political literacy works which reflected the revolutionary struggle in political literature from the West to Vietnam, from the national liberation movement in the world to apply creatively in the struggle for national defense and construction. Also, the integration is explicitly shown in his distinctive literacy wording, a wide range of well-established political themes, expressive headings, and various text contents. This integration characterizes Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, interests, and talent in using artistic language in his collection of political literacy works.
