Abstract

The article reports the result of a study surveying high school teachers' perceptions about building happy schools based on three groups of criteria. The research aims to explore teachers' perceptions of the basic concepts of a happy school to other important criteria. The research results show that the majority of teachers indicated moderate and good levels of agreement on the surveyed criteria for building happy high schools. This result shows that there are still certain limitations in their perceptions. Therefore, raising awareness about happy schools for high school teachers and teachers of all levels is very important and requires more attention along with more specific and drastic solutions for building happy schools.
