ENHANCING COMPETENCIES FOR INTEGRATING LOCAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract
The article elucidates the concepts of fostering teaching capacity, integrated education, and the significance of local educational content in shaping and developing the qualities and competencies of elementary school students. It presents the objectives and methods and analyzes the results of a survey on the current state of teaching and integrating local education content in primary schools. Based on these findings, the article proposes measures to enhance the capacity of primary school teachers to teach and promote local education content. The research findings provide both scientific and practical foundations, offering guidance for educational managers and primary schools in developing professional teaching capacity, particularly in the context of local education content. This contributes to the successful implementation of the 2018 General Education Program.
