STUDENTS’ CAREER SELF-EFFICACY IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This article surveyed on 573 students studying in their 3rd and 4th years at several universities in Ho Chi Minh City to explore the level of career self-efficacy and the correlation between career self-efficacy with personality types. The main research method is questionnaires and interviews. Research results show that university students in Ho Chi Minh City have an average level of career self-efficacy. Among the aspects of career self-efficacy, students have the highest career self-efficacy in career self-assessment and the lowest in career planning. The research results are the basis for schools and students to refer to in increasing their professional ego and effectiveness.
