Abstract

Proper understanding of STEM education not only helps pedagogy students better prepare for their roles but also inspires and encourages students to love and pursue STEM-related fields. This study was conducted mainly on a sample of students, with additional supportive subjects. Using survey methods and interviews, the results generally showed that students' awareness of the difficulties in implementing STEM education is at a moderate level. Researching the current state of pedagogy students' perceptions in Ho Chi Minh City about STEM and STEM education is a practical issue that helps us gain a more realistic view of students' awareness in the current context of STEM education. This study provides a basis for proposing effective measures to develop STEM education for pedagogy students.
