EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS TO STRENGTHEN THE POSITIVE IMPACT OF COMMUNITY-BASED TOURISM ON THE ECONOMIC ASPECT: A CASE STUDY OF CON CHIM, TRA VINH PROVINCE

Abstract
Numerous pieces of evidence have shown that the development of tourism has a significant impact on economic growth, thereby creating job opportunities and increasing income for the local population. Using a qualitative approach, the author gathers additional information to clarify the positive impacts of community-based tourism on the economic aspect, as well as the advantages and challenges in developing community-based tourism in Con Chim, Tra Vinh province. The findings indicate that the development of community-based tourism in Con Chim not only brings about positive economic changes but also opens up opportunities for residents to develop their knowledge, skills, overall well-being, etc. Based on this, the author proposes educational solutions to enhance these positive impacts, aiming for sustainable economic development in the locality.
