Abstract

Based on the theory and practice of teaching phonics in Grade 1 under the 2018 General Education Curriculum for Vietnamese, the article proposes a framework for designing a website and provides instructions for its use in supporting phonics review lessons in Grade 1 Vietnamese. The website features weekend review worksheets developed on the Liveworksheet platform, based on the Grade 1 textbook for the Vietnamese series “Creative Horizon.” The study’s results contribute to solving the difficulties encountered by Grade 1 students in the early stages of learning Vietnamese and thereby contribute to improving the quality of Vietnamese language instruction.
