The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment: the case of faculty members

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of faculty members. A survey was conducted at University of Agriculture and Forestry Ho Chi Minh City (UAF) to answer the research questions and test the study hypotheses. Correlation coefficients and stepwise regression analyses were calculated to assess relationships between the selected characteristics.
