BUILDING ARGUMENTS ADHERING TO RESEARCH ETHICS AT HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract
As one of the two leading pedagogical universities in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education is tasked with training virtuous and skilled 4.0 educators to support national industrialization and modernization. Scientific research is a core mission in this context, with ethical argument construction being vital to safeguard participants and researchers while enhancing training quality and research outcomes. Survey data reveal that 31 lecturers (96.88%) and 527 students (89.63%) consider adherence to research ethics essential. These findings underscore the critical role of ethical practices in advancing the university’s mission and research excellence.
