Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Journal of Science (HCMUE J. Sci.) is committed to upholding the highest standards of research and publication ethics in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

·       The Journal only accepts original research manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere and that include honest, accurate, and complete citations. Any form of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data falsification, or fabrication is strictly prohibited.

·       All manuscripts submitted to the Journal are screened for similarity using plagiarism detection software (iThenticate or equivalent) prior to peer review and publication.

+ The overall similarity index must not exceed 25%.

+ The single-source similarity must not exceed 5%.

Manuscripts exceeding these limits will be rejected or returned for revision and clarification.

·       Authors must disclose all funding sources and any financial or non-financial relationships that may influence the content of their papers.

·       The Editorial Board and peer reviewers conduct the evaluation process objectively, transparently, and confidentially, and are required to declare and avoid conflicts of interest.

·       The Journal strictly handles cases of publication misconduct in accordance with COPE guidelines, including corrections, retractions, or article withdrawal when necessary.
