Synthesis of some n-substituted hydrazidescontaining isoxazole heterocycle

Abstract

Ethyl 4-(4-nitrophenyl)-2,4-dioxobutanoate (1), ethyl 5-(4-nitrophenyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylate (2), 5-(4-nitrophenyl)isoxazole-3-carbohydrazide (3) and eight new N-substituted hydrazides (4_a-h) containing isoxazole heterocycle were synthesized. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR and ¹H-NMR spectral data.
