TỔNG QUAN NGHIÊN CỨU VỀ HIỆU QUẢ GIẢNG DẠY CỦA GIÁO VIÊN TRONG CƠ SỞ GIÁO DỤC

Hiệu quả giảng dạy là minh chứng cho quá trình đào tạo, đảm bảo chuẩn đầu ra môn học, chuẩn đầu ra chương trình đào tạo; thường được đo bằng kết quả học tập của người học, ý kiến đánh giá của các bên liên quan, trong đó, ý kiến của người học được quan tâm hàng đầu. Bài viết tổng quan các nghiên cứu về hiệu quả giảng dạy của giáo viên (GV) ở ba khía cạnh: các thành tố của hiệu quả giảng dạy, đo lường hiệu quả giảng dạy và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả giảng dạy tập trung tiếp cận các thành tố liên quan đến phẩm chất, năng lực của người dạy; tiếp cận các thành tố theo mô hình CIPO. Kết quả nghiên cứu là cơ sở định hướng xây dựng khung lí thuyết hiệu quả giảng dạy của GV và là cơ sở dữ liệu nền tảng cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo.
