THE PROSPECT OF APPLYING COGNITIVE NEUROSCIENCE IN EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH IN VIETNAM: A LESSON FROM TAIWAN
Main Article Content
Abstract
In recent years, cognitive neuroscience has been found to have a close relationship with educational research as well as application in various levels of education. As fundamental cognitive neuroscience has become an interdisciplinary research field, the cooperation of neuroscience with other related disciplines also growing to have more importance including in education. The implementation of applying research results in cognitive neurosciences into aspects of educational dimensions and in the classroom environment is not only a trend but also challenge now and in the future. The experience in taking these challenges in Taiwan are of importance, especially to Vietnam where the research and applications of cognitive neuroscience are still limited. To fill this gap, this article focuses on the prospect of applying cognitive neuroscience in educational research in Vietnam.
