Abstract

 

This article discusses the objectives of higher education in Vietnam to contribute to attempts to improve the quality of teaching and research in order to create high-quality human resources to meet the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Among the objectives of higher education in Vietnam, the article discusses the importance of training high-quality human resources with such qualities and competencies as critical thinking, problem-solving; rich imagination; academic freedom; and effective communication.
