Abstract

 

This paper presents learning opportunities and education for immigrant children and some issues on how teachers and educational managers respond adequately to their learning needs in Ho Chi Minh City. Many aspects related to teachers and educational managers will be analyzed in meeting the learning needs of the immigrant children. Based on the research results, the author proposes some solutions to improve the quality of the teachers and their managers to meet the educational opportunities for the immigrant children in Ho Chi Minh City.
