Abstract

 

Preparing conditions for educational development has been a preparation of many local authorities during the educational. This study used a survey as a research method to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of assuring conditions for local educational development based on the projected number of the children and students attending schools. The results show that from the perspective of educational managers, teachers, and experts at all levels of education, many local areas currently have a systematic developmental strategy based on the current legal regulations. However, they also have some difficulties in financial resources which possibly lead to some obstacles to ensure the conditions for educational development. Overcoming these finacial issues will definitely a condition for local sustainable development.
