CURRENT SITUATION OF INTEGRATED TEACHING WITH SOCIAL SKILLS FOR STUDENTS THROUGH PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT SOME HIGH SCHOOLS IN HO CHI MINH CITY AND SUGGESTED MEASURES

Abstract

 

This study was conducted to investigate the integration and the development of social practice skills for students through physical education at some high schools in Ho Chi Minh City. The research methods used include documentation and survey. The study identified teachers' and students' level of interest in social practice skills, level of students’ social practical skills used in physical education and the current situation of integrating and developing social practice skills through physical education for student. Based on the results, the paper offers five methods to improve students' social practice skills through gymnastics lessons at some high schools in Ho Chi Minh City.
