Abstract

The success of applying project-based learning in Science largely depends on teachers' ability to design and implement these projects. This study assessed how designing and using learning projects have been implemented in teaching 4th-grade Science through the experiential teaching approach at primary schools in Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City. Results show that most teachers recognize the importance of learning projects and actively incorporate them into their teaching. However, teachers still face numerous challenges in effectively designing and implementing these projects. The findings will provide important practical foundations for guiding improvements in the design and application of project-based learning in 4th-grade Science through the experiential teaching approach.
