Abstract

The study evaluates the current state of teaching practices aimed at developing digital literacy (DL) among high school students in Biology lessons in the context of educational digital transformation. Survey results indicate that teachers acknowledge the importance of developing DL and have integrated relevantgoals into their teaching, actively utilizing various elements of the teaching process to enhance students' DL through Biology education. However, there remain significant limitations that need to be addressed, such as the lack of uniformity in digital technology applications and limitations in infrastructure. To address these issues, the study proposes solutions including periodic training, development of instructional materials, establishment of mentoring programs, continuous assessment, and encouragement of innovation. These measures aim to strengthen DL development in students, thereby contributing to workforce readiness and talent cultivation in the digital era.
