Abstract

Board games are a tool that helps students reinforce knowledge, enhance learning effectiveness, and increase interest in studying. This research aims to design and utilize board games to support the teaching of the topic 'Images Formed by Plane Mirrors' in the 7th-grade Natural Sciences curriculum, as well as to evaluate the impact of board games on students. Student feedback on learning activities involving board games was collected through a 10-level Likert scale questionnaire, and their learning outcomes were assessed through a test after the lesson. The study was conducted with a randomly selected class from a secondary school in Ho Chi Minh City. The initial analysis of student feedback reflects a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning activities involving board games, while test results also indicate the positive support of board games in the learning process.
