商务汉语口语课程中面试口试方式的优缺点分析

Abstract

With the continuous development of Business Chinese teaching, the importance of speaking proficiency assessment has become increasingly prominent. At present, most universities widely adopt oral interview assessments as the final examination format in Business Chinese speaking courses. To gain deeper insights into the effectiveness of this assessment method in practice, this study conducts a questionnaire-based survey to collect students’ feedback on their testing experience. The research systematically analyzes the advantages of the oral interview format—such as its ability to evaluate language expression and facilitate interactive communication—as well as its limitations in areas such as contextual design, scoring standards, and fairness. Based on the data collected and analyzed, the study summarizes the current strengths and weaknesses of the interview format and proposes that future assessments consider shifting toward more individualized response formats. This would enhance objectivity and accuracy in evaluation, thereby better supporting the development of students’ real-world Business Chinese speaking proficiency.
