Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of using the Quizlet platform in primary-level Chinese vocabulary instruction. Using a comparative design with pre- and post-tests, surveys, and classroom observations, the research demonstrates that Quizlet significantly enhances students’ vocabulary retention, learning motivation, and classroom engagement.   Grounded in constructivist and multiple intelligences theory, the instructional design effectively leveraged Quizlet’s visual and interactive features to create engaging and learner-centered activities. The results suggest that Quizlet is a practical tool for enhancing vocabulary learning in primary Chinese language classrooms.
