MODELS AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR IN SINGAPORE

Abstract
Despite a history of more than 20 years in Vietnam, models of private universities have recently become the focus of public debate. This article aims to study the theoretical background of models and development of the private Higher Education sector in Singapore. It contributes to the knowledge of development trends of this sector in Singapore and offers recommendations for Vietnam in making government policies and strategies for the sustainable development of private universities.
