Main Article Content
Abstract
Psychological capital plays an important role in forming and maintaining students' entrepreneurial intentions, helping them overcome difficulties, maintain motivation and increase the likelihood of success. This study aims to examine the context of psychological capital in entrepreneurship among Vietnamese students, using the Vietnamese version of the Psychological Capital Scale (PCQ-24). Data were collected from 2,380 students studying at higher education institutions nationwide. The results show that the level of psychological capital in entrepreneurship among Vietnamese students is high, in which the Hope component has the highest average score among the four components of the scale. From this result, the study recommends enhancing the learning environment and practical experience to further develop psychological capital in entrepreneurship, with special attention to students' ability to build strategies and self-assess success.
