Abstract
This study aims to explore the factors influencing the intention of Chinese language students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education to use Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) systems, based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. In the context of digital transformation, VLE, as an important online teaching platform, its application in universities depends not only on technology but is also significantly influenced by students' attitudes and behaviors towards its use. This research focuses on Chinese language students from the first to fourth year, aiming to analyze the differences between students in different academic years and to provide targeted recommendations for the university to optimize the VLE platform. This study collects data through questionnaire surveys and uses principal component analysis for exploratory factor analysis. The results show that the questionnaire can clearly separate the five main constructs corresponding to the UTAUT model. After verifying the validity and reliability of the constructs, this study will further quantify the degree of influence of each factor on students' usage intention through correlation analysis, thereby providing empirical evidence for improving the teaching quality and user satisfaction of VLE systems in a specific disciplinary context.Top of Form
