Abstract

This study evaluates the master’s training process system at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education from an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) perspective. Using a survey with data from 866 students and 50 managers at faculty level, lecturers, the findings show that input and output processes are well standardized, while operational processes face several limitations in progress monitoring, administrative handling, and inter-unit coordination. The effectiveness of the system is influenced by technological infrastructure and coordination mechanisms. The study highlights that quality depends not only on process design but also on system integration and operation. It suggests improvements in process optimization, digital transformation, and internal coordination.
