VIETNAM - US RELATIONS IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING FROM COMPREHENSIVE PARTNERSHIP TO COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP (2013 - 2023)

Abstract
Following the declaration upgrading diplomatic relations to a Comprehensive Partnership (2013-2023), the United States and Vietnam have engaged in extensive cooperation across many fields, with education and training being one of the key areas of importance in the bilateral relationship during the 2013-2023 period. Using historical-logical research methods and analytical documentation, this article focuses on clarifying the Vietnam-US relationship in education and training from 2013 to 2023. Specifically, it examines the factors influencing educational cooperation, the educational achievements of both countries over the 10 years (2013-2023), and the advantages and disadvantages in the educational relationship between the two countries, as well as the characteristics of Vietnam-US relations in the field of education and training.
